  • How do I find a part?

    It is possible to search a part in various ways.

    At the top of the website you can navigate. Search by car make or by tuning make. Then click on the car type.

    It is also possible to enter your search in the search field "free search". Enter a description or part number. The website will automatically come up with the results.

  • I can not find a part that I'm looking for. Are you able to supply this part?

    Unfortunately we are not able to place all the parts on our website which we can supply. Are you looking for a part and you can not find it? Please contact us by email via [email protected] and we will check whether we are able to supply this part. Provide us with the chassis number or registration number of the car.

    In general, we are able to supply all the parts of Opel / Vauxhall, Ford, Peugeot, Citroën, Volkswagen, Audi, Renault, Fiat, Nissan, BMW and Mini.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    The average delivery time of the part is placed on top of the page. The delivery time depends on the stock of our supplier.

    Delivery times are dependant on many factors but we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

    You can always ask for the expected delivery time. Please contact us by email via [email protected]

    Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email automatically.

  • Can I track my order?

    After your order is shipped from our warehouse or from our supplier, your order status will be changed in "Sent". You will also receive a confirmation by email. 

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking code via email.
    Your can track your order online on the website of our courier.

  • How can I pay?

    Click on "Shoppingcart" at the top right of the page and then click "Proceed to Checkout".

    You can pay with your own bank by using Ideal (The Netherlands), Mister Cash (Belgium), Giropay (Germany), Sofort Banking (Germany), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

    You can also pay by PayPal if you have a PayPal account.

    You also can pay by bank transfer by using our IBAN.

  • I'm a customer outside the EU. Do I have to pay VAT?

    No, you don't have to pay VAT if you live outside the EU and when your order leaves the EU.

    If you place an order on our website you can choose your country and the price will be without VAT.

    Please remind that you maybe have to pay VAT and other taxes in your own country. We are not responsible for this.

  • I'm a business customer in the EU. Do I need to pay VAT?

    No, you don't have to pay VAT if you are a business customer. What we need is an email from you with your VAT number and complete address. You will receive an email from us with an invoice without tax.

  • Can I deliver my order to another address?

    Yes, you can place an order and send the order to a different address than your billing address.

    In your account and during your checkout you have the options to enter your billing address and shipping address. You can change this at any time.

    E.g. You can have your order delivered at home and the next time at work or to your friend when you send it as a present.

  • How long will it take to get my order if I am not resident in the Netherlands?

    You will find the expected delivery time on top of every part. This is an indication, it may be so that it comes a little earlier or later. If you're a resident of Europe you should be aware that it takes about three days from the time your order is shipped. If you life outside Europe the delivery time is really depending of the customs in your country. We will ship the parts as soon as possible but sometimes the parts can stay for a longer time at the customs. We don't have any influence on this.

  • I can deliver my order at a pick up point?

    Yes, you can choose to have your order delivered to a pickup location. During the ordering process you can choose your billing address and delivery address.

  • I can deliver my order to a PO Box address?

    No, it is not possible to deliver your order in a P.O. Box. We send all the packages registered and insured so it is not possible to deliver it to a post office box. 

  • With what transport you ship my order?

    Basically we send all orders by PostNL (TNT). PostNL delivers six days a week (Monday to Saturday) plus you can also pick up your package at a PostNL service point (only in The Netherlands.
    Packages with different sizes as large packages where, for example side skirts are in are often transported by DHL or UPS. For international orders it's depending of your country.

  • What is the price to ship my order?

    The price for sending your order depends on a number of issues. This has to do with the market value of your order, the size and weight of the order, the country where the order needs to be delivered. Parts that fit in an envelope we ship can ship for € 2.95 all over the world! Standard packages we ship can ship from € 6.95 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany! Outside these coutries you can calculated the shipping costs to go to your shopping cart and click on "Proceed to checkout". Here you can fill in your country and the website calculated the shipping costs.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, you can pick up the parts at our office in Driel (The Netherlands).

    You can choose this option when placing your order.

    We will contact you as soon as your order is complete and make an appointment to pick up the products.

  • Are these genuine parts?

    All parts on our site are all genuine parts. We do not provide imitation parts.

    The accessories and parts always have a perfect fit and quality. We also only work with suppliers who deliver these genuine parts.

    Genuine parts and accessoires have extensive warranty.

    With us you are assured that you buy only original items!

  • How do I know if a part is suitable for my car?

    We have carefully placed all the items in the category of vehicle for which they are suited. We also have detailed product descriptions on the product detail page for the cars the product is suitable. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your car please contact us so we can advise you to avoid disappointment.

  • How do I create an account?

    New customers can create an account by filling in your details on the site and create a password of your choice if you place an order.

    The next time you are placing an order, you can use your self-created account and password. The system recognizes you and then you do not need to fill in your data again.

    It is also possible to set up an account without directly to place an order. This is useful to create a wish list. The next time you log in the website shows the items which are currently in the wish list and it is possible to place an order without having to go back to find the items.

    With an account, it is possible to view your previous orders, view the status of the current order and create a return.

  • RETURN

  • When can I return an item?

    All goods can be returned to us within 14 days after delivery if they are unpainted and in original condition. This also applies to items on sale.

    If you want to return the item, make sure you send the item in it's original condition and factory packaging to us. This will save you, and us, in the case of a complaint, time and effort. You can return the parts for free if you send us an email to inform us that you want to return a product. We will send you a return ticket to you by e-mail (only in The Netherlands) that you can stick on the package and then can submit to a PostNL service point. We will pay the costs for the return shipment.

    If you live outside The Netherlands and you have paid by PayPal. You can return it for free by using PayPal.

    Would you like to return an item that you have not received in a box, but in an envelope? You can also send this article in envelope back to us. We will deduct the shipping cost that you have to make this.

    Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a confirmation email and the parts are received and we will transfer the money within two weeks.

  • How do I get my refund?

    If your order is ready for dispatch, with the required return form, you can deliver your order at a PostNL service point. Keep your proof of shipment.
    Your order will be brought to us.
    Your return will be checked by us include damage, completeness etc.
    After a successful control, the article settled with you.
    Below you will find a payment option how an item is settled and what time it should take to get it on your account. This period starts from the moment you deliver your order at a postal service point. (Keep in mind that sometimes I will take a little bit longer if the parts comes outside Europe).

    The settlement will be done on the bill that you paid. So you pay by PayPal the refund will be made to your PayPal account.

  • I can exchange an item?

    Did you ordered the wrong item or did we send you the wrong item? Then you can exchange this item.

    Please contact us to inform us which item you want to swap. We will ensure you that you receive another item.

    First send the item back to us and then we send another item to you and deduct the difference in price.

  • What is the right of withdrawal?

    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This 14-day “cooling off” period begins for the goods on the day when you receive your purchase, and for the supply of services on the day you accept the offer. You can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty.

    Certain products are however excluded. The right of withdrawal will not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. (For example painted parts)
