Exchanges and Returns

It may happen that you have ordered something from us that is not what you've expected. You can easely return the part to us. Of course this no problem at Original Car Parts. Here's how to return your product(s) and what the rules are.

Exchange (Free)*

Follow the steps below to exchange an item:

1. Send within 14 days after receiving the product an e-mail that you wish to exchange
2. Please provide us the order number and part number of the product you would like to exchange.
3. What product do you wish to receive from us. (We going to order this part for you)
4. You send the item you wish to return within 14 days to us. (Free for customers in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany)
5. Upon receipt of your return, we will send the replacement product with free shipping to you.
6. The difference in price between the two products will be settled.

Returns

Pay attention to the following points:

1. You have 14 days return right (right of withdrawal) starting on the day after you have received your order (even if it is delivered at your neighbors)
2. Sign within these 14 days by e-mail that you wish to cancel your order (or a part of it).
3. Products should, where possible, be in original condition with all tags and original packaging. The postage and shipping risks are at the expense and risk of you.
4. The fully completed withdrawal form to send it back with your return. (This is not the order but can be downloaded by clicking on the text withdrawal form!)
5. Once we receive your package, we will proceed to terminate your contract. We will notify you via e-mail and the return amount within 7 working days, but as fast as possible refund to you. (If all the items arrived in good condition)

Excluded from exchange / return policy

* Products that are painted in color
* Products that have been ordered especially for you (especially for you provided on request on the website or ordered)

Make sure the product is sufficient postage, for insufficient postage costs will be deducted. Of course you get the product into the smallest possible package or mailbox post send back to us if this is not detrimental to the product.

Please put the withdrawal from into the box so we know who it came from and we can help you more quickly.

Processing

Once an item is returned to us we will refund the overpayment generally within 2-3 days. If the entire order is returned to us, then we refund the shipping costs that you have paid, when you've ordered the products, also back to you.

An exchange will generally be shipped the same day, so you wil have the right product as soon as possible.

Should these conditions not met, then Original Car Parts reserves the right to refuse returned items or just to pay back a portion of the purchase price.
