Ordered something that is not quite right, or the wrong size? Exchanging or returning an item at Original Car Parts is no problem at all. Below you can read exactly how it works.
Exchange
FreeLet us know within 14 days of receipt via the return form that you want to exchange the item.
Provide your order number and the item concerned.
Tell us which item you would like in exchange. We will reserve it for you.
Send the item back within 14 days using the return label we send you.
Once we have received your return, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.
Any price difference between the two products will be settled with you.

FreeYou have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting on the day after you receive your order.
Within these 14 days, let us know via the return form that you wish to withdraw from (part of) your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Return the item in its original condition where possible, with labels and packaging. You will receive a free return label from us.
Please include a note with your order number in the parcel.
As soon as we receive your parcel, we will cancel the contract and refund the amount within 7 working days.

Please make sure the parcel has sufficient postage. Costs for parcels without sufficient postage will be deducted.
What you can expect
As soon as your item arrives, we will refund the amount within 7 working days. If the entire order is returned, you will also receive the shipping costs you paid.
We usually ship an exchange the same day, so you quickly have the right product at home.
If a return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse it or to refund only part of the purchase price.
