Did you, in spite of the care we devote to our products, have questions about a product or service? Please report it to us and we are right there for you to solve it.

Questions about the quality of our products purchased through the webshop?
If there are questions about the quality of a complaint in response to an online purchase you can always turn to Original Car Parts. Please contact us via email [email protected]. We will try to answer within 2 business days.

Complaints about service provided, website, or employee?

If you have a complaint about a service provided, the website, or one of our employees can be expressed through customer service. Please send your complaint to [email protected], this is the easiest and fastest way to start. We will take the complaint and if necessary start an internal investigation.
We strive to answer the complaint within seven days. If we can’t reply to you within this time, we will let you know and tell you when you can expect a reply.

Warranty Terms
All parts are covered only by the specific warranty terms of the supplier or original equipment manufacturer of those items. When you use our website to place an order with us, these terms and conditions will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you have received a defective or faulty product then can be invoked the legal guarantee.

A faulty or defective product caused by a manufacturing fault is covered by our guarantee, that we will always take into consideration and immediately offer a suitable solution.
To qualify for the guarantee solution you must be in possession of proof of purchase (also guarantee certificate), complaints without proof of purchase is not considered by us.

This warranty does not include:
• Defects and damage caused by improper use
• Defects and wear which can not be expected under normal use
• Changes to the product as repairs not performed by the manufacturer or designated repair services
• Damage by intent, intensive use, or improper maintenance
